Project Management/Accounting/Cost Estimating/Value Engineering for new construction of a 30,000 SF/3 building compound on a 5.5-acre oceanfront property. Ultra-high-end design. Responsible for permitting/approvals with federal, state, county, municipal agencies, including strategic direction on a complex variance application; coordination/selection of legal, engineering, and design team (approx. 30 consultants), negotiation of major contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, quality control on site, daily oversight last 4 months of project to ensure delivery on schedule to client.
