Investors: Property Management Group and Goldman Sachs. High-end design, approx. $1000/SF hard costs. Responsible for permitting/approvals with state, county, municipal agencies; negotiation of $38M GC contract; coordination of legal, engineering, and design team (22 consultants), and negotiation of major contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
