Brought in at the very beginning to oversee the development of a contemporary minimal estate on a majestic 14 acre parcel overlooking the Hudson, De Burgh handled every aspect of the project. Globally renowned firms Enea and AU Projects were retained for architecture and interior design. Permitting was especially complex, given that there were several layers of jurisdiction at each municipal/county/state levels, for a total of 14 govt agencies.
