Scope: Project Management/Accounting/Cost Estimating/Value Engineering for new construction of a marquis home on a 1 acre property in Brooklyn. Ultra-high-end design. Responsible for negotiation of contract with GC; coordination/selection of legal, engineering, and design team (approx. 30 consultants), including internationally renowned firms Robert AM Stern and Victoria Hagan Interiors, negotiation of major contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, quality control on site, daily oversight last 12 months of project to ensure turnover on schedule.
